Signs of an Upper Respiratory Infection?

I think my boyfriends beardie may have an Upper Respiratory Infection, but he doesnt believe me. Instead of stating my reasons why and getting biased answers, I'd just like some signs of an URI first please!

I dont know really, I have heard that they can make a clicking noise, or that they might have some bubbles coming from their nose, or more saliva in their mouth. I do not know from experience, this is only what I have read.

Gapped mouth
clicking/wheesing noise when breathing
mucus on/in mouth or nose
Trouble breathing (fast, deep breaths)
Loss of apetite or energy

There is a couple more that I am drawing a blank on right now...
