haha i dont think mine likes the mornings though but i have to turn her cage lights on early im the morning before i leave for school. i turn on thelights she picks her head up with her eyes barelt open...looks at me the puts her head back down. then by the time im back from school shes running all round looking for food i just noticed your screenname..i have a teacher named miss michelle haha.

AHHH, She is gorgeous!! Congrats and enjoy the little bundle of pooping joy. I am looking for a Dark translucent and hope to here from them this week about what they have. Anyway. She is absolutely beautiful, and I do have to say that I am jealous. :mrgreen:

Awww! Thanks so much, Drew x3 She's got quite the attitude. A maintenance man came over not too long after I got her and he went to pet her and she puffed her little beard and gaped at him. xD It was adorable. She's so soft, too. She doesn't feel like a normal beardie. She's not leatherback, but I'm assuming that's what one would feel like.

Ooooooh! I've never seen a dark translucent before. That sounds really awesome!

The baby beard is the cutest thing there is. If you look at my posts, draco and ember are dark translucents, but we are not sure if ember is male or female and draco is a male. I'm really hoping to get a female from bloodbank. And ember has the same soft feeling. I don't know if microscale is the same as leather back, but the soft central back is very interesting. Congrats again, and it seems like you have a great gaurdian there, protecting you from the maintainance man already.

shes adroable! my translucent is quite a bit darker than yours but idk if shes a 'dark" haha. i just got home from school and have to go feed her but im out of crix so i guess i have to do mini mealies ;( i hate them so much im afraid they will hurt her

Draco is about four months old and Ember is about three months old. They are my babies and I'm hoping to get a gauranteed female so that I can hopefully breed a group of dark translucents or maybe even blacks eventually. Thank you for the compliments and wishes. I hope to hear from Barry soon. Again, you have a beautiful dragon their. Enjoy.

im gonna need more crix tommorrow probably lol she never stops eating. i wish i could get a second beardie haha i may run it by my mom tonight since its my bday today she might let me i would want a male though not another female cause i want one with a bigger beard and spikes haha. i need to find one quite a bit cheaper though and i need to probably pay for it myself since i only have one uvb and one heat lamp :/ i have plenty of tanks of multiple sizes up to 180g so i would just need anotheer heat lamp and another uvb fixture. i mwean i have a second coil uvb repti sun 10.9 but they arent good :/ so i would probably just need another uvb since i have a fixture for as basking light already i just need the bulb(hardware store haha) tyhen i would need to figure out adult placement(mabty if i get a baby male i can h]keep him with my girl intul they get bigger??) whoops sorry this is your thread lol how is she today?

These things are little eating machines! You should try Reptiworms Gatsby just loves them, plus their cheaper, they don't stink, and their insanely good for them :3 They also live longer and they seem to be more filling than crickets, so you don't have to keep buying and buying. You could also try getting your heat lights and UVB lights off an internet store like Petmountain.com They are a looooot cheaper, so you don't have to worry about spending about $100 on your lights and you've still got the best. And you can find a cheap dragon on Craigslist. That's where I found Gatsby. He's a Chris Allen Red x Citrus, very bright, gorgeous colors, and he's the sweetest dang dragon I've ever met. And here's the kicker: he was only $20. So it'll be worth a look!

As for my little girl, she's kind of worrying me. She ate two worms last night, but she refuses to touch them today. I know it's relocation stress, but I just wish she'd eat ): She's kind of mean to everyone but me, too. She hisses and gapes and puffs out her beard. So I'm working on that.

im 15 now haha. and she will eat soon try giving her water thats what ade mine start eating. whenever she wont eat i ust drip water on her nose or let her lick it off my finger then she ets like 20 worms or crix haha i looked on craigslist but not too much in my area. i really like the chinese water dragons i was thingking of taking my 180 and puttoing a divider in the middle and keeping Tiki on one side and a chinese water dragon on the other but idk if itll be big enough the tank is 6 feet long by 2 feet front to back by 2 feet tall. i know thats more than enough for Tiki but its most likly tooo small for a CWD
