That looks like gum tissue. Is it liquid/mucous? If you rub the area with a q-tip, does it come loose? Overall, the mouth looks quite healthy to me.

I haven’t been able to open his mouth all the way, it was pink before. We just changed his diet and added Dubia Roaches.
