As they mature, they are more likely to become very lazy and laid back , so the "lethargy" may just be her being a typical mature beardie who is very concervative in her energy useage (ie does as little as possible).
Very important the heat and UVA & UVB are right .
How old is the UVB globe or UVB tube ?

and type (curly compact, T8 tube, T5HO tube, or MVB) is it ?
and how old is it ?
and how is set up ? .... photos would be good.
What are you using for a basking globe ?
Temperatures @ basking spot ? @ warm zone ? @ cool zone ?
How are measuring the temperatures (photo of the thermometer/s)
Photoperiod (hours the heat and light are on) ?
