...I was on a week's vacation or "Holiday" if you prefer, and had no access to the internet, so I flew on here to see how the family across the puddle was doing, and nothing! LOL. Which is good because that means I didn't miss anything good or bad, well, except for who is twitch?..LOL..
Billy sure does run fast, our Rubio runs fast too, but usually into things. He'll take off like a bullet and bam! runs into a cabinet or a wall, whatever's in his path, really. Thanks for sharing! I'm sending you hugs from all of us too, sorry to hear about your dad's scan. You know we're always here for you. I'm so glad you and Mark got back together, I know it's a very stressful time for you right now, so I'm glad he's there for you.

Hellooooo!
Im so sorry its been so long. I have been lurking, but I havent had the drive to post for a while.
We received some great news today so i thought I should pull myself together and get posting!
Where to start?
Well where else than the man himself?
Ruben!
Ruben has settled into his role as Alpha-Male. He is an attention-seeking, testosterone lovin' headbobbin' son of a gun.
He has also completely and utterly trained Mark.
When i get in every night Ruben is already smugly sitting on Marks chest, and all he has to do to get Mark to scurry over to him is lazily bob his head. He throws in a black beard for affect too on occation.
We have to cover both tanks when we gt Rube out or he is intollerable, bobbing, stomping and tail slapping and he will try to attack their tanks.
Even with the tanks covered when he comes into the living room he'll put his beard on and have a casual bob to let the carpet know who's in charge. He'll shuffle around and bob at various things in the room before he makes his way back to mark or i for some warmth.
His eating it bothering us though. He had slowed down at the start of spring, eating salads but only protien every other day. This has declined protein more and more and we are currently on week two of no feeders. He's on baby food every third day in an attempt to get him back onto bugs. He hasnt lost any weight at all and my thinking is that his hormones are just all he can think of at the moment. We're taking him into the vets for a paracite screening anyway. The whole troop is going in for them.

Miso is growing slowly but surely and is up to 15 and a half inches with tail nip! She is constantly in shed which is a good sign and she has an appetite like a tiny scaley horse.
She is still a very cuddley monster who loves to sit on her momma's chest.
At last a video of Miso nom-ing!
It was her second feed but as you can see she was still as keen as mustard to get going.

Billy is still an eating machine and a bundle of energy. Infact not 5 minutes ago did I get myself bitten because Billy was so enthusiastic about getting his Brambles.
On close inspection we've come to see that Billy has worn down his little teef eating all that wood :x Miso's teeth are more defined than his, and Rube has huge gnashers.
He seems to handle worms still but Im switching him onto a 50/50 worms and cricket diet now to give him something softer.
He has settled down with me now and although does have moods where HE will do what HE wants, he can now be pursuaded to snuggle and has fallen asleep with me a number of times.

Sometimes he'll enjoy his baths and paddle, sometimes however we get deer-in-headlights static pose baths though.
Look at his blue sidebars though. Hubba Hubba!
He's been having trouble settling at night unless we tuck him into his blanket. He scratches at the ground, obviously being used to his woodchips. He seems to need to have his head burrowed into something, so I put a friend in there.
Billy will go to sleep whereever this bear is in his tank.
Oh no! Ive been rumbled! Quick... look manly.
Billy had his first day out!
Here he is catching his first rays on the pub's picnic table.
Grass didnt go so well on first try. He shot up me like a frightened cat.
MOMMY MOMMY ITS WIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIERD.
He decided to inspect it from a distance to start with.
Then he used me as a climbing frame (as usual)
Before conquering the world of greenery.

Holly, glad to have you back! 
All of the babies look wonderful. Ruben and his black-bearding, head bobbing self just cracks me up! He is definitely all male! :lol: You know Rex goes through alot of not wanting to eat phases. Of course, it bothers me when she does this, but I have to remind myself that she will eat when she is ready. Hopefully it's just a matter of Ruben being stubborn and nothing else. Hope all goes well at the vet and the dreaded fecal exam.

The video was great. Rex does not eat like that, but when I get my baby Bligg.... it will be amazing to watch a ravenous eater again!

Miso is HUGE! I remember when she was 7 inches long! Her colours have changed so much! Rube is just an adorable little boss, and Billy is GREAT! He's so cute!

..I don't know whether to hug you or yell at you for being gone so long..LOL. I've been here for almost a year and you have NEVER been gone that length of time..I was seriously worried something bad happened..seriously. But, there again having this new job and all you're probably on the computer a lot so you probably get sick of it easily..I can't say as I blame you.
The kids look awesome! Look at Rube..good lord..he needs to settle down before he gives himself whiplash..lol..And angelic Miso with her "Halo" at bafftime.. and I love how she likes to people watch..if I was over at your flat..I'd probably do it too..you have such a nice view..too cute...and Billy..he's a trip with his fear of grass and his love of teddy. Sakura has never been outside but I bet she'd have the same reaction to grass, too.

Oh my... Campbell Jane asked me to write that she is extremely impressed by Ruben's manly black beard and his super head bobbing skills. She looked at his pictures for a loooong time. (Don't tell Rube, but she looked at Billy's pictures for almost as long. She thinks he is very handsome.) She even asked me to say that Miso is pretty... if you like the big, healthy, all-her-internal-organs-work-the-way-they're-supposed-to type. :roll: My goodness! Who'd have thought a lizard could be so catty?! I think she's just a little jealous that beautiful Miss Miso is so close to studly Mr. Ruben!

Ruben is so awsome! Hes deff showing his manley tude! How old is he now? Chimaira just hit 1 yr old and shes pretty much weening herself off the bugs shes been eating mainly veggies for about a month now. She hasnt lost weight yet from it. Ruben looks so darn wonderful! I just love his photos!
Miso... WOW she has grown! Look how beautiful she is. I just love her halo of color. Im very happy to hear shes still munching the bugs for yah. I cant believe how grown up she is. *hugs Miso*
Billy is one cutiepie! Woodchips :shock: Poor guy I love him sleaping with his bear its so cute. I had to remove all the toys from the vivs mine kept pooing on them :? I'm so glad you guys got him. Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
