Again...thanks so much everyone for your good thoughts and concern.
Her U.S appt is Tuesday. I'm going to call the vet office tomorrow just to see if there is anything i can do to keep Jojo comfortable until then. I know Dr Sean isn't there tomorrow but his partner will be.
Right now she is sound asleep next to me on the couch and her color is good. I think we will sleep the same way tonight as we did lastnight. I want to spend as much time with her as possible in case it's bad news on Tuesday.
She had that little bit of A/D and critical care mixture around noontime and there was no vomiting or dryheaving today thank goodness. She drank alot of water throughout the day.I googled it and found out that excessive thirst may be a symptom of liver failure. Vicky,I don't remember if she was quite this
thirsty last time.
The poor girl hasn't pooped in 2 days. Today I gave her 4 baths trying to get her to poop and during the first 3 she was trying but just couldn't do it because her tummy is so tender. Her back legs were in the poopy position, her tail was lifted up a little, and her chin was right up against the side of the sink and she was "pushing".The poor baby
On the 4th
bath she didn't even try. Maybe the urge went away?
Her coloring was very dark this afternoon but she is fine now that she is sleeping.
Overall it was a much better day today than yesterday!
