im new to this but count me in. i cant stand to see any animal in despare. and it seems that animals such as birds, snakes, lizards, turtles, hedgehogs, ect... just dont get the same kind of animal rights as dogs and cats. it seems that alot of people just forget about the non domesticated animals. i for one have rescued birds, and it is sooooo sad to see these animals in despare. any help i can be im willing and able. i live in carmel, me about 15 min from Bangor.

I agree, I will move to Beardie Rescue and I think it will get more coverage there since General Discussion is a huge forum by itself.

Log in how? Same info as for BD.org? or create a new one?

It would be a separate log-in but i suppose you could make it the same as your bd.org name.

2. click on signup (top & center of the page)
3. enter your info and click signup

You should then be able to make any necessary changes to your maker or add yourself if you are not there already.

Yeah, I saw that (thanks, by the way!). I wanted to look around -- I've not seen a website like that, so was curious about joining and looking around.

Yeah, I haven't really played around on it either other than creating & maintaining our map but it was really easy to do. There seems to be alot of stuff on there. Let know if you find anything fun!

This is a really GREAT :idea:! After the car is running again, (hopefully this week!) I am in California, the East Bay/Oakland/Fremont area, and may be able to run 100 miles north, east or south in a crunch.
