Repti calcuim product directions help please confused

Should i use this daily for my bearded dragon even though it says once a week.. I see everyone saying everyday on one meal.. I'm gonna change the brand i use.. But until then how should i use for now?

I would dust any bugs you offer with it. Just a light even coat on them by shaking them in a small cup with the calcium. That will make up for the deficiencies in the bugs nutrition/calcium content. You don't need to dust salads, just the bugs you offer.
