is there any rare bearded dragons or colors?

Rare? Not so much anymore. Some morphs are rarer than others because of the difficulty it takes to produce them.

even petsmart and petco don't have the traditional normal beardies as often anymore. The lines have been to heavily mixed

As far as newer morphs popping out of existing lines, there's Dunner's [ Oddity in the striping, esp. on tail, and abnormal laying of scales] and Witblit's. [ silver / grey patternless

They are hard to find. It's sad really; I think I have one of the last few "normal colored beardies" and hes 11yrs old. I haven't been able to find a true normal for the last couple years (mind you I haven't been looking too hard). I bought a baby from petsmart in hopes he would stay normal but avast he has oranges and blues. I still love him to death! But really wanted another "normie"

A little orange and yellow I think is the new norm, as long as they dont arent leatherback, micro, silkie or whatever else is around these days.

super bright yellow(im talking fire and ice yellow) hypo translucent leatherbacks are super hard to find lololol.
