I'm bring in some rocks and wood from outside and I know you are supposed to bake the wood and soak the rocks but I can't remember what the temps or amounts are. Any suggestions?

Depending on what solution you're soaking the rocks and wood in, be sure to properly rinse them first. Wouldn't want any toxic fumes to be emitted during baking.
I got a big pot and boiled some water and just dropped the rocks in and let em sit there for about 30 mins. After that, I rinsed em in cool water and was done.
Okay I will be sure to rinse them well. Should I just let them soak in clean water or run water over them? Also any recommendations on what cleaners to use and how much for how long?
I just boiled mine and then rinsed them under cool water to cool them off. You can use something like chlorhexidine or novalsan which are both antibacterial cleaners used for reptile enclosures and stuff but I just boiled and rinsed Harleys basking rocks and slate tiles and it was fine.
