how do you make those fake rocks with styrofoam....Do i need grout? or something else plzz help

yes they use about 3to5 coats of it on there, they are thin coats.

You u se non sanded grout. First coat you water down and spraye everything covering the foam. I usually do the next two getting a little thicker and using a paint brush. After sitting then apply mod podge, can do some creative things for texture and coloration while getting it finished up
