Puffing beard whilst basking

My new beardie is basking and whist doing so continuously puffs her beard and the opens her mouth to deflate it.
is this normal behaviour or is the tank too hot?

my beardie does this as well, she doesn't seem upset in any way and her temps are fine so I'm not sure why she does it either. hopefully we'll get an answer here

Jim usually puffs up every morning within an hour of his lights coming on. i just consider it part of his morning wake up stretching routine .
