Hey guys,
So I have been dealing with bouts of decreased appetite, lethargy, stress etc since I took home by little guy back in February. Initially I was undertrained and made minor mistakes but now I consider myself a budding expert, so I am now at a loss as to why he does not want to eat, bask, move around or otherwise be active.
He has not eaten well in quite a while, bites here and there. He refuses roaches altogether but will eat hornworms and a bit of bsfl. I recently gave him some superworms (his favorite) as an incentive to eat, and even those only entertained him for one feeding a a hesitant second.
Yesterday and today he has hid/slept all day. Several times I have moved him back onto his basking spot so he could digest properly, but as soon as I turn around he is back in there. He hasnt lost any weight and he doesnt look skinny or anything.
Basking temps 100-104~ (clear bulb)
warm side 90-92~
cool side 74-80
paper towel substrate
Lighting: Reptisun t5 HO
8-10 months old (petco dragon)
416~ grams
19 inches long
Any insight would be amazing! Thanks guys!
