Don't worry, I wouldn't forget about Miss MoMo's b-day. Been checking the calendar weekly for a month to be sure that I didn't "sneeze" and missed it :wink:

I had never seen a beardie go from gray to white to exploded in just 4 days! I don't know how she does it! Absolutely amazing.

Mr. Pooks had been up to his usuals -- wake up black bearding and head bobbing at the girls; climb out of his house and charge towards Digi's and more head bobbing; climb on the couch and attempt to jump onto the coffee table to get to MoMo, fail, climb up on the couch again, and more head bobbing coupled with a few foot stompings; sit in front of the window in hopes of seeing his nemesis; realizing nobody's paying attention to him, climb back into his house to sulk with Mr. Bear; repeat.
Buddy had been slowly coming out of brumation. He would eat only because he knows he'll get to come out of the water :roll: (brat).
Zim . . . he'd been up to nothing, nothing but driving me nuts by pacing from window to window. Heck, he even drove Pookie nuts one night to the point where Pookie chased after him from the living room couch to the kitchen and back :laughing6: Other than that, he doesn't have any tales to tell.

The pics of Digi are great, love the rising of the broken leg. Must take pressure off her leg to just rest it. When does she get her cast off?

Please hug Zim for me, that must have been awesome, watching Zim being chased by Pookie through the house.

Digi has a followup appointment next Monday. She'll be getting another x-ray to see if the bone is fusing together, but depending on whether the x-ray machine could go through the cast or not, she may have to be recasted afterwards. Not sure yet.
Since the weekend, she had been wiggling her toes and moving her ankle a bit. I hope that's a sign that the leg is healing well.

Deb, if I had any clue as to what Pookie was going to do, I would've turned on the video camera and recorded the whole thing. Then again, maybe not because I couldn't stop laughing over how confused Zim was in seeing Pookie chase after him and head bobbing. Never a dull moment in my house.

Sara, what was the thanks for???

Thing#1 and #2 - Would you believe that I have to use two hands to pick up and hold MoMo now? She's no longer this little light weight that I'd forget was on my hand anymore. I think it may be time to find her a more sturdy stuffy too; her monkey no longer can support that little tubby :laughing6: (yay, i get to go shopping!)

Is it normal for a female to be so delicate and fragile in health??????
When I got home tonight and went to say hi to Digi, I noticed that she was taking really deep breathes. Upon looking and listening closer, I saw that she was breathing from her mouth and her belly was very bloated. If she had a water dish in her house, I would've chalked it up to her drinking too much. Or if I had given her a bath this morning and she drank water, I would've assumed that it went down the wrong pipe. But none of that was true. All she had today were her greens and supers, nothing else. The UV and CHE were all on and working when I left this morning (don't know if they still were because I got home after lights out). The only thing out of the ordinary was that I had cracked the windows open, and it'd beem pouring cows and horses all day. Could that had added so much more humidity to the house that it affected Digi's breathing??? Could that had given her an URI???? She was perfectly fine last night and this morning
One more thing - she didn't want to snuggle with me. Instead, she wanted to lay flat and at a slight decline.

God, what can I do? I'm afraid to let her close her eyes and sleep, for fear that she won't wake up.

Can you get an earlier appointment with the vet just to check her chest? Always better to be cautious. Let me know. Thanks for the pics, MoMo is sure getting to be a BIG girl & the new sleeping spot for Pookie is so funny, how could he sleep on his latter?

Hugs to your babies, it is too bad you didn't get a video of Pookie chasing Zim, that must have been so funny, I'll bet you were doubled over!
