So those of you who know about sunny I have some news. I returned to the vet today and they found her liver was being destroyed by her body and I surrendered her to the vet. Thy are going to try and get her better and then find her a new home.

Oh no! I'm so sorry to hear that.

My thoughts are with Sunny for a quick recovery. You definitely did your best to help.

Thank you very much i really hope she turns around and makes someone a wonderful pet... I was just not the right home for her.

Don't worry, it's not really your fault. I hope they can save her. We've had 2 beardies that had kidney failure. The first one we didn't realize what was going on until it was too late. With Goldie Speedy, she lost her appetite and we took her into the vet because we remembered what he'd said with Miss O but he couldn't find anything to cause her lack of appetite. That was June of 2011 and she died the last Saturday in July of last year (2012). She was precious and was able to help us find the way back when we were out in the boonies and forgot which way we came on this road. She was right.
