Shy,
That particular bulb is no good,it can cause lathargy, eye problems,etc.... Please get a reptiSUN 10 bulb. Tracie (drache can give you the actual test results. He would be better off without UVB for a day or 2 compared to using that bulb. Try the babyfood applesauce and chicken as suggested.Any further questions, please ask,We all want to help.
I totally agree, and with all who say, TURN OFF THE COMPACT/COIL ASAP. They are well known for causing all sorts of issues from lack of appetite, lethargy, eye issues, and at worst, radiation poisoning which goes from bad to worse quickly. Here is a link to a thread/WITH link to the report, that explains it better than I can:

In the meantime, you'll want to get a quality
UVB light, excellent product at good price here:
http://www.petmountain.com/product/reptile-fluorescent-bulbs/504983/zoo-med-reptisun-10.0-uvb-bulb.html You will need a standard fluorescent strip type fixture... a local hardware store usually carries these less expensively than at pet stores. Your beardie is
better off with no UVB for now. He needs some time to heal from that coil lamp.
Also (VERY IMPORTANT), you will want to replace the heat emitter for a BRIGHT WHITE basking bulb. A heat emitter is for supplemental heat only. It does not offer your beardie the UVA that he needs. Beardies need their heat to be in the form of
bright white light for overall well being, mental health and also (very important) to shield their eyes from the UVB, which even with a quality product, can be harsh on the eyes. A basking bulb can be one from the pet store, or simply a household incandescent, spot or flood, which offer
bright white light, and also appropriate temps, basking 105-110, ambient 85-90, cool side, about 80 (your may need to experiment with wattage to achieve correct temps). You will want a digital thermometer WITH probe to gauge temps accurately.
When you have your new tube strip UVB, you will want to align with your basking bulb as follows:
_____________ ReptiSun UVB tube light
0 basking bulb
...so that beardie has benefit of both bulbs while basking.
I've been down the compact road, and it can get ugly fast. I realize it's sometimes hard to take all this information in, and in particular why in the heck there would be UVB lights on the market that will actually harm your dragon *sigh* but it's important that you
act fast before the light can do any further damage. In the meantime, keep offering food in small amounts (jarred chicken baby food if it hasn't already been suggested), and also keep your dragon
hydrated and warm. The ceramic heat emitter can be a very big help for nighttime heat, and right now, I would suggest keeping beardie warm, even at night, until you see some improvement.
We're hoping for the best for your dragon. Please keep us posted as to how he's doing.
Hang in there,
Em
