Anyone else ever have a problem with trying to get a hold of these guys? Been on hold for about two+ hrs. An a couple emails, Not to happy about that, even with there "low prices".
Actually, I have always been very happy with them. I feel their customer service is exceptional and have called them a few times. I have been ordering from them for years. If there is ever anything wrong with any products you receive, they replace it with no problem. Maybe they're been extra busy with the holidays, I would try calling them again. Good luck.
Well it did say they were extremely busy on the phone msg but to keep holding. I got kinda tired, i was holding for a while But oh well i could see them being back up right now. Anyways thanks for the feedback. I will wait a bit more patiently now.
