We have non-adhesive shelf liner and I've only bought 1 roll and still have more than 1/2 of it left. We've only cut one piece for each tank, one 40 breeder and one 20L tank. When we need to clean it we just wipe it off with water and dry it and put it back in.
Are you throwing the liner away every time it gets dirty? If you are I can understand why it's getting expensive. We used to put paper towels on top of the shelf liner to hopefully catch the poop when they pooped in their tank. However, Zoom Zoom would poop on her basking log and rarely on the bottom of the tank so we quit putting it in.
i would go get some kind of a tile... very easy to clean. and if you get one that rough that can also wear down their nails which is nice. so with tiles your getting a 2 for 1 haha
I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
