Our Babies

Our female laid eggs about 5 weeks ago. A total of 27 eggs but 8 were infertile from the start. The remaining 19 began hatching 11-12 days ago. The strange thing is we had the eggs in two containers in the incubator. All the eggs in the first box completely hatched before ANY of the babies in the 2nd box even slit their egg. Can anyone explain that?
All but one of the eggs hatched a week ago today. We weren't sure about the remaining egg, but left it in the incubator just in case. We're glad we did, as it slit its egg earlier today and is now fully hatched in the incubator until it absorbs its sack.
