Hi recently moved to my grans and since the move AJ has been scratching at his vivarium glass almost every time he is in it( Fine when he is out cage, runs around etc) and has not been eating veg and is not even interested in his bugs. Usually his viv is situated on a dresser in my room with only one small window but in my grans he is situated on dining room table infront of full wall window could this be why he is scratching???

Thanks Thomas?

Could be relocation stress. He could also be nervous if he can see outside,or maybe the window lets to much heat it. He may also want to go outside if he can see out the window. Sometimes my guy will want to get out and just sit him on the windowsill and it keeps him happy for hours. I think he just likes to watch outside(funny because he hates actually being out there).

I am still wondering if it's the lighting- something seems off - UVB- brand and bulb please? Is it a tube or coil? Where in tank on top of screen or inside tank?

Oh my gosh, mine is the same way - loves to be in the window, but wants no part of being actually outside!

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
