not active...Help!

my bearded dragon does not run after his food, has dark marks a lot of the time and is always in one spot. What could be wrong?
Lighting-reptisun 10.0, but the fixture sometimes does not work
heat-90-100 warm side, 80 cool side

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
