It would take a LOT of time. hehehe.

Norris just jumped off my head (where he hardly ever is but often wants to be) I was spoiling him because of the vet visit and then he jumped...to the ground. I was seated but our floor is tile. He didn't even black beard but I'm watching him. He just aged me by a good ten years, dang him!

Editing even before posting again..
Christina! I just checked on him and he was sitting on his uvb casing! He is having a Kazi night for certain.

Remember Thor's escapade with heights! Aww, he isn't the same after that, he now gets nervous when being held more then a few feet from the floor.
Keep an eye on him for a bit, then check him for any odd marks, coloration or bumps.

I am sure he is fine if he isn't showing out right signs of pain or discomfort. A dragon jumping is inevitable and inescapable.

He thinks he should have wings, clearly. But, yes, I'm keeping an eye on him and unless there is something obvious, I'm not going to worry about it. Crazy dragons! I'd forgotten about Thor.

Carrie, Norris is looking so handsome! I can't believe how much he's grown up! I was thinking back to the photos you've posted of him in his tree stump being all grumpy and now he can barely fit on top. Silly beardie man :)

Did you get results on a fecal from the vet as to why he's having diarrhea?

I love your cats. Both are so very handsome! They very much remind me of my two. Zoe Sassafras is currently sleeping on a blanket in between my feet. Baxter was exploring Ember's now empty viv trying to figure out where she went. I think he's hoping there is still liquid calcium and acidopholiz for him to lick up. He loved to lick Ember's nose after her meds in the morning. Boys. So silly! I think you need to get yourself a girl beardie next with all the boys in your life.

Thanks for all the hugs and love from you and your family. I really appreciate it and I promise to do better at keeping up with you.

Thanks, Maggie! I can't believe how much he's grown either. The fecal came back negative again. No eggs and no parasites. So we are on to plan B! which is that something in his diet might be upsetting his belly. We've cut back on his food. (Poor guy!) and are sort of trying different items in and out of his diet. He's still got it but there is a little more form to his business so hopefully he is getting better. On the bright side, he devours everything we put in front of him immediately now...he's a hungry boy. Other than the diarrhea, he is acting absolutely healthy.

I'm still cautious with my kitties around Norris. They aren't as laid back as your pair. I've caught both of them trying to get into his new viv. They are VERY curious. When I'm holding Norris, though, both the boys relax (but I don't!) Norris did lick Clouseau's nose once and I about died from laughter and worry that Clou would bat at him. I was giving Norris dubia and he was licking them off my fingers and then he just lunged over and licked the cat's nose (which is black)
Here is a picture just for you from Norris and Clouseau.

You can see Clou's white ring around his tail. Norris got right up to see Clou...very territorial, about his vivs though his old viv now belongs to the cats. They love his old heat lamp and bask in there nightly!
I'm thinking about setting them up a fake introduction thread as my new kitty dragons. They even eat the occasional cricket.
Don't you worry about keeping up or keeping track, everything will be here waiting for you when life stops being so frantic but whenever you need to stop in and see my silly boys and grumpy ol' Norris, please do! I've always got my eye out for your posts and I'll send over my email too.
HUGS
Carrie

EDIT: Here is a pic of the old viv while I was typing the stuff above (man I wish I cleaned the glass better the last time!)

I promise you, if they could talk they'd be saying "Hey, you're on my side!Quit touching me! You crossed the line! " etc etc etc...etc.

Nope, not the only one. I leave the UVB off (the one in the pic) but I turn on a basking light and they preen! I've raised it up much higher though, so it only gets about 90F in there. Vegas kitties, they hate this winter stuff and want the hot weather back, I guess!?

So one of my cats got into the cricket Colosseum and peed!! On all Norris' feeders (not the breeders and babies) GAH! I'm not sure which one did it...nor why!?!

Norris is still peeling off his back and just finished his head. Will post photos when he shakes it all off. :D

Shedding is over! Norris weighed in at 220grams. He is an amazing 17" long. Wow, he has put on the inches but he is still so slender! He has a lot of tail reserve but no belly fat.
His poo continues to be loose but that is better than liquid so I'm counting it as improvement. He is very active in his viv but still enjoys being out more. :D I wish I could have him out more often but it is sooo cold right now.

I haven't any pictures for you because it has been so cold here. I hardly have Norris out at all and then it is all about snuggling time and quickly getting his weight. He is up to 264 grams!!! Wow my little guy who had trouble topping ten grams is now shooting towards three hundred!! :blob5: :blob5: :blob5:

His stool is still loose and occasionally runny but we are just taking that in stride since he is still gaining weight and otherwise seems fine. I've upped his temps in his viv until he is gaping on his bask perch and have a extra room heater going in his room to keep this area warmer.

He slept in yesterday and today. I've been tucking him into a nice warm towel at night because we are often on our computers late and the towel cuts out the lights but the odd other effect of that is the last two days he has stayed in his towel until 12 and 2pm respectively. Lazy dragon. I'm keeping my eye on him to make sure it's just that.

That's all for now. Hope everyone is well!
Happy Holidays
Carrie

EDIT: Today Norris did a full beard..not black, just puffed out all the way like I've never seen it before. He pancaked at the same time. His color was nice and he was laying on his new favorite towel so I think it was just a full body stretch that stretched more than he expected. When I talked to him it started to deflate.

His belly is almost always white these days and there has never been a sign of a black beard. He should be six months old now. I guess our grump changed his grouchy ways :love5:
(at least until puberty!)

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
