Hi. Glad to hear that you got your baby back! Her being in a ten gallon with that much heat causes me a bit of concern however. It's had to get a temperature gradient in a ten gallon. They need a cool side. Also make sure you keep both your babies hydrated. Dehydration is the leading cause if baby beardie sickness and death.

You're right, Twisted. I spent like all day trying to get her heating right. Sometimes it would get a little too hot in the tank overall, and I would have to cool it down a tiny bit. I don't want to stress her out with all this constant change. ._.

I have a good idea. Since Chibi is my little climber, I was thinking he would like the taller 10gal a lot more. I spent quite a bit of time moving everything and switching Squeak's and Chibi's tanks. Now I have a nice running tank for Squeak and a climbing one for Chi ^^ So far the temperatures are perfect and I don't have to check them constantly and make sure they are okay.

Just thought I should update.

Since the cage change, Chibi seems like he likes the extra climbing space, which is good

I think Squeak had a hard time with it. Again. She went down hill a couple days after the change and she went back to eating a couple crickets a day. I have been doing my best to keep her up and one day I even had to help her up in the middle of her day while she was still in the same coolside spot she was in when she slept the night before. I put her close to the basking spot and after a few hours she SHOT up and to the top of the spot, lol. It made my heart jump. But anyway, the day after that she ate about 15 crickets in the morning, a few snack crickets at noon, and another 7 in the after noon! This is so great and I am happy as ever to see her come back again No more viv or life changes for her for a while!

She also has not grown even a centimeter since I got her, but now that she is actually eating, I know she will be growing! She had a big belly full this morning and she looked great.

Herc! Oh my gosh! He has grown so much and it's not even been two weeks since I got him! lol He also looks very good and he eats waves upon waves of crix. Today he ate about 25 in the morning, his whole plate of his veggie snacks, and a little bit ago he ate about 20 more. He's shed once, and it looks like he will start shedding again real soon. I have a great pic of him and his belly full here..
