She's so cute! But yes, she still needs to shed on her head
Is this hammock too close the the uvb bulb ? How can I tell that she’s been drinking enough water, I have a little Gatorade cap in there I clean and fill every morning and it’s gone by next day but could it be evaporating I haven’t really seen her drink every day but when I drop water on her head she doesn’t really want anyShes still gonna shed on her head -- the eye I cant tell to much -
Thank you so much, and yeah I can tell she just wants her space right now but I’m still getting her used to being handled regularly so i get a little nervous to do too much while sheddingShe's so cute! But yes, she still needs to shed on her head
Distance should be 12-15 inches for uvbIs this hammock too close the the uvb bulb ? She’s been normal until the past 2 days been glass surfing a little not much but she’s just been sitting on the hammock most the time and sometimes with her head just lowered like she’s laying but in the middle of the day, also in the pic the black lines and stuff on her stomach means she’s stressed? She only really wants to eat when I feed by hand doesn’t feel the need to chase them around to eat anymore but also just starting maybe a hour ago she would just barely eat any yesterday she had like 40-50 nutrigrubs which is daily… any help would be appreciatedDistance should be 12-15 inches for uvb
Dragons get most of their moisture from the greens- is she eating her greens? I see a gauge in the tank are you using one w/ a probe on it? Is she eating the 40-50 here recently of nutrigrubs and are you feeding any other staple like crickets or dubias? She’s been normal until the past 2 days been glass surfing a little not much but she’s just been sitting on the hammock most the time and sometimes with her head just lowered like she’s laying but in the middle of the day, also in the pic the black lines and stuff on her stomach means she’s stressed? I give her kale and I gave her tiny tiny bits of watermelon the other day when I didn’t have kale, yeah the one in the middle is just the ambient temps but it’s accurate to the one that is with a probe, I’ve only been feeding the nutri grubs for now do you think she’d be able to eat the Dubois this small? And yeah she eats that many every day usually combined all 3 times she eats a dayDragons get most of their moisture from the greens- is she eating her greens? Ok yes she can eat dubias you can order from here they are really good look at the size chart and order the roaches no bigger than the space between her eyes- www.dubiaroaches.comI give her kale and I gave her tiny tiny bits of watermelon the other day when I didn’t have kale, yeah the one in the middle is just the ambient temps but it’s accurate to the one that is with a probe, I’ve only been feeding the nutri grubs for now do you think she’d be able to eat the Dubois this small? Use the 5.0 bulb that comes w/ the fixture it will need to be unobstructed and distance would be 6-8 inches directly above the basking decor piece -- when you upgrade to a bigger tank then order your Reptisun 10.0 T 5 bulb it will go right into the fixture --- just remember the 5.0 bulb will expire in 5 months so please change it out thenOh man very good point the 12% is a lot for small tank. Go for her original link here below. Sorry about that
