I would get a light fixture with a reflector in it. Something like this http://www.amazon.com/Energy-Savers-Slimline-Terrarium-Fixture/dp/B0002QI86U and I would get a ReptiSun 10.0 bulb for it http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0009YJ3BE/ For the basking lamp, use a dome fixture like this http://www.amazon.com/Zilla-11931-2-Inch-Reflector-150-Watt/dp/B005SRVM2K and a basking bulb like this http://www.amazon.com/Zoo-Med-Reptile-Basking-Watts/dp/B0010OVIR4/ I would get a lamp dimmer for the basking bulb so you can lower the output to get the correct temperatures and a timer for the two lights. Those can be found at a local hardware store. The lights should be mounted on the same side of the tank to provide a basking spot. I would try cutting a hole in the mesh top under the UVB light fixture so it doesn't block the output. I also suggest getting a temperature gun for testing the temperatures in the tank http://www.amazon.com/Nubee-Temperature-Non-contact-Infrared-Thermometer/dp/B00CVHIJDK/ You can use non adhesive shelf liner for the substrate. I suggest using something solid and easy to clean to keep the tank sanitary. You will also want to provide a slightly elevated basking spot and a hide. A rock or half log or some driftwood will work well for this.

Your dragon will out grow the 20 gallon tank before you know it. You might be able to fide one for around $100. How old will the dragon be when you get it.

You can find a simple lamp timer at lows for about $5. If you pug an extension cord into the timer you can run both of your lights of of the same timer. My dragon really likes his his hamoc definitely worth the money.

Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
Getting ready for another day. Feeling sleepy. 😴
I just walked into my room and instead of looking at me, Swordtail's eyes darted directly to the ice cream drumstick I'm holding
Finally replaced Swordtail's substrate
