This is Thanatos Helios. He has magnificent colors and his appetite is great. I wanted to know what lineage he may be from. And possibly how old he is. It's hard to tell because he is missing part of his tail.

he looks to me to be a year old, he is really pretty. i think of bearded dragons as mini dinosaurs! :lol:

Me too! The pet store says he was 5-6mos old. He's not that big yet. And he is still growing. He's eating 21-24 superworms. He also hit a milestone and ate some greens today. ?

i would for sure give him some crickets, supers are good and rich, too much can make them over weight! :lol: greens are always good for the dragons! he is handsome and loved
Lizarto, is over weight due to many supers at once! i know i am a good parent, giving my dragon baby too many supers! :lol: :lol:
i been told that super worms are like cake, rich with flavor. hard to resist!

That makes a lot of sense. He would charge after them when I put them in his home. Also he doesn't like crickets, it's all they were feeding him in the store. He does like dubia roaches and waxies too. Since then he has discovered a whole new world of foods lol

Superworms should definitely be a snack, one or two of them every few days. Dubia roaches are much better staple protein that you can give him regularly but make certain to provide him green veggies daily as well.
