My beardies neck is swollen its squishy 8 months old

He could be storing food - they will do that - watch what it does the next day or 2

Your beardie looks like a Dunner. They are know to hold food in the back of their throat.

It's been like this for about 2 weeks now

Honestly it doesn't look to out of the the ordinary to me. I'll attach some picks of one of my Dunners.

It's just really big for how small he is almost like it's swollen it's squishy nothing hard inside when I felt around is it normal for them to develop something that big at such a young age

How long has his beard been more swollen?
As already stated, dragons in general, tend to hold food & fluids in their beards for awhile. If this has
persisted & not reduced in size then there may be something else going on. Could he have fallen &
hit his chin or beard area when he fell?
