Hi Sherry, she's big girl and that's a really nice rock formation you made for her to bask on. Sometimes beardies get black spots which are harmless blemishes but in some cases they can actually be cancer. If you're concerned you can have a biopsy done by an experienced reptile vet. Hopefully it's just a harmless spot. She looks pretty healthy though.

I don't know that I would Treat cancer. What does that involve? What if I just watched it. Should I be putting something on it?

First of all, how long has it been there ? If you haven't tried to scrub it off, try that with a soft toothbrush to make sure it's not a spot of poo.

My first thought was poo, but it looks like a healing wound

Also there’s no indication that she pooped in the cage.
She almost always goes in the sink.
