At the moment, my beardie is getting multivitamin 2/7 days a week, supplemented both of the two feedings per day. Do I supplement my feeders each meal or just one?

One feeding 2x per week for a baby lightly coated on the insects- if it's a adult they don't need them if they are good about their salads-

6 months old, ok about salads..? He won’t eat all of it but he certainly eats quite a bit
