They will probably wait until late in the day to take her to be shipped, which is a kindness, but means you have to wait for your tracking number. Where is she coming from?

I just got a call from the breeder to let me know she just shipped her off. And I totally forgot to ask for the tracking number!

I'm way too excited! My wife still hasn't wrapped it around her head that we will have a new baby in the house tomorrow.

Oh well, excitement can jumble the best laid plans. Maybe whoever she shipped with will send you an email with the number. I would go bonkers without it but maybe you are more adult about the whole thing than I am.

Nope. I was surprised by that too. I kind of prefer it that way, because the post office is 2 miles away. FedEx/UPS is 50 miles away.
