Lobster roaches are an excellent feeder and easy to get a colony going---they breed super fast. Only real downside is that they can climb almost anything, so you need a barrier of something----vaseline, usually around the top of their enclosure. Most folks seem to keep their colonies in large rubber maid containers with a heat source underneath on one end. Lobsters like it very HOT and will explode in numbers kept in the right conditions.
