I have a couple years old normal bearded dragon. He is awake during the day and not interested in any kind of food. Could this be brumation

Is his weight stable? I would keep a close eye on his weight and chart that to be sure he isn't dropping weight. It should remain relatively stable during brumation. What are the temperatures in your tank? What are you using for UVB lighting? I'll be glad to review your setup to see if anything stands out as a possible issue.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
