Lighting UVB

Hello guys I need some advice

I'm getting a tank that's 90cm long and 60cm tall
I'm getting a reptisun HO 10.0 T5 but I don't know if I need the 55cm light or the 86cm light.

(It will b mounted outside the tank.)

Thanks in advance :)

I'd go with the smaller of the two. I don't really like having that much of the tank covered by the uvb, there should be a spot where your dragon can get less than full exposure to it.

I agree. I prefer the smaller length. Just a little bit longer than an adult dragon to allow even basking. It should sit over the basking zone while allowing areas away from the basking zone to have little or no UVB so the dragon can choose what they want at any given time.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
