I had a dream, ............. to Create a Bearded Dragon palace for Levi.

This is the main box, built mid 2009. I ran out of money to spend on it (and enthusiasm hehehehe) so this is were it stayed for about 12 months.

Thanks to some good friends who were cleaning up there back yard, Levi now has an awesome climbing tree.

Base unit with a bit of paint, thanks to miss tints at the local paint shop we saved a lot of money.

Designing the background (fake rock wall). With at least twelve months of planning and checking out every website there is on this topic (thanks Lizard-Landscapes, Beaded Dragon.org etc.)

1 week later, all joined together. The yellow stuff is spray foam. It helps to hide the joins etc.

1st coat of grout, was way too thin but it worked.

Second Coat of gout, this one was a better consistency.

Coat 4 or was it 5??? I cant remember now hahaha.
A bit of yellow sandstone cement colour solved my problem about what colour to paint it.

Its very heavy now.

All the lights up and running
150 watt Flood on the left
160 watt Mega Ray on the right
6000 lum 3 ft fluoro tube for daylight brightness.

I think it must be time to move this show into the house!!!!!

Cleared a spot for the new enclosure.

I stopped adding up what it cost a loooong time ago. :shock:

It would be cheaper to fly me to the USA for a few weeks so I could build them for you there rather than shipping them out from Australia. But my wife wouldn't be very happy about leaving her and the kids at home alone :lol: :lol: :lol: So you would have to put the whole family up for a few weeks at least hehehehe.
