Check on the bulb itself it will be on the bottom of the writing - if its a T 5 it can sit on top of your screen directly above the basking decor piece 8-10 inches- the brand is it a Reptisun ?

No let them sit on top of your screen

Hello,

The lights are fine on top of the screen, no problem. Those holes are wide enough to let the UVB
go through them.
Since the temperatures are good, I don't think you need a stand for your basking light right now.
