leopard gecko fecal test

I have 3 leopard geckos and i am home schooled so for since on Monday i have to do fecal tests on my leopard geckos and i have to learn how to do it and i have a microscope for it i have like 3 microscopes so how do you think i should do it and please don't say get someone to do it cause its my school so i have to do it.
