Kale how many times per week

Hi!

My beardie gets a variety of some greens during the week in her salad but she really loves every time kale is mixed in. How many times per week can I include kale in her salads? Thanks!

All of mine hate kale but from what I understand it's actually pretty good for them and can be used daily.
