Jiffy's beardies, Someone New!** pg 42

I do not have a thread for all of my boys day to day adventures.
I will start one here. I have bunches of pictures and cuteness, but dont want to overload anyone, so I will add stuff along.

Waffle just turned 4 on April 2nd. I have had him since he was about 6 weeks old.
Sweet boy, laid back, doesnt like to eat half the time. And he hates my boyfriend Butch! :lol:

Foster is my Craigslist beardie. I had not been looking for another beardie, but saw an add on Craigslist that said looking for a home for 3 legged baby bearded dragon. Well, that was all it took.
He will be 3 on June 16th. I have had him since he was almost 6 weeks old. He likes to eat, and head bob and black beard, and just lay around being bright orange!

Brady is my newest baby, and was my 2009 Valentines Day Present. He was in a local petstore, he was missing an arm, had no uv light, barely being fed, very tiny, in nasty conditions. I tried for 2 months to get the store to give him to me, or sell him to me. They said they were keeping him as a pet. Finally my boyfriend got him for me for Valentines Day. I think he is a bit more persuasive than I am! :wink:
He turned 1 on August 1st.

Hi Jen, I really liked both pics, but the pic with the peach is really cute. I'm trying to decide on ours, I have to pick 10 pics. Gotta get to it, too, last submission day is Saturday!

Thanks everyone. I am having one heck of a time picking 2 pictures for each beardie. I have it narrowed down to a total of 86 pictures between the 4 of them. I didnt get many good ones of Waffle this year though. Just wasnt his day for pics I dont guess.

Your Foster pics are beautiful, :laughing6: he is gorgeous :love10: , and the peach attack with his tongue about to spring! :notworthy: When I try to catch something like that, I end up with blurs. :roll: How do you catch that kind of movement so clearly?

Actually we owe that shot to the camera. We have a new one, and it is much better than our old camera. In fact Butch and I were talking, we said that if we had taken that with the old camera, he would have already eaten the peach, chewed it and working on pooping it out before the pic would have taken. So no skill on our part on this pic, the camera gets all the credit.

Great pics! Love the one of Foster in the tree. You don't ever see any night time pics in the calendar. That would definitely be a good one to submit.
If you keep it up Jen, you will be getting another full page spread this year. :wink:

Thanks Dawn. The one of Foster in the tree is daytime, I think the sky just was a really nice dark blue.

edited to add, they look better and clearer the bigger they are, so if you see one you like, click on actions, and scroll down to see all available sized and go to the large (original is bigger, but it is huge) and look at it that way

And I forgot to add, the blue thing that is on the floor with them in some of the pics is an actual didgeridoo from Australia! Figured we would use that, since beardies are from Australia.
