No sign of mouth rot there, just a pretty smiling beardie. Mouth rot would usually make the gums and outer mouth edges red + infected and then a cheesy looking pus may also be present in the gums.
I agree, it's not mouth rot. There looks to be some food buildup around the teeth though. Sometimes offering hard shelled bugs can help with that. You can also clean the teeth as needed using a wet q-tip or even some maxi guard gel. It's good to offer occasional hard shelled beetles or worms though which helps them naturally clean their teeth a bit.
