Looks pretty normal to me, i wouldnt be to worried. If its okay can you post a full picture of the setup? Nothing seems wrong so far but i know lighting can be tricky when owning a beardie for the first time. I went through quite a lot of stress within the first couple of days of owning my two oldest ones.

Yeah, here’s the set up.
And also, I do feed Diesel gutloaded crickets that are medium sized. But I’m not sure if he even drinks. I got him 2 days ago. I gave him a bath as well, and he didn’t drink some water. So I’m not sure if he’s dehydrated or not.

Usually beardies cant see standing water, what i do is ill give my beardies a bath two to three times a week in warm water thats not too deep. And then during the week ill drip water onto their nose and they'll lick that off or i mist them and they may drink from the droplets.

Only problem i see so far with your setup is the lighting and how your monitoring the temperatures. I'd get a reptisun t5 ho 10.0 tube light for him as the coil/compact ones are probably the worst, i believe the compact ones can be used if you know what your doing but the coil ones will make them go blind.
I'd get one off amazon, as soon as possible. And get a digital temperature gauge with a probe so you can see the surface temperature and not the air temperature. If its 105 or so where the stick on one you have (which i have no idea if those things even work), then its most likely way too hot for him on the basking spot. Usually 95-1005 is where they like it and then the cool side around 70-85.

So actually, the thing you said goes across the entire tank. But I have a sliding screen for the top. I don’t have a hood to hold that type of fixture. Anything else I could do? And I don’t have the money right now to buy a hood and everything.

Yeah uvb that goes across the tank is basically super beneficial, plus reptisun and Arcadia are the only ones you can trust for tube lights, other uvb things like MVB's i dont trust too well. Also you could go to walmart and pick a hood up and mount it inside easily with wire. my juvenile has a screen sliding top as well and her uvb goes across the whole tank and has a reflector so it makes it better.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
