Is he small

I got rex about 3 months ago. And when i first got him he was around 7 inches. And now he's 13 1/2. And he eats alot of crickets twice a day and always has a salad and he's in around a 45 to 50 size tank

His body don't seem to be growing that much though

I've noticed that they kind of go through spurts, and pauses while growing. He looks really healthy and sounds like he's doing well! They come in different shapes and sizes so I wouldn't worry about it as much if he is healthy.

I just measured him. He's around 15 inches. And i was wondering if I can give him superworms
