Illegal to ship dubia to Florida?

I was thinking it was mentioned here last year (or so) that shipping dubia to Florida was illegal. Is this true?

Now from what I understand (Clear from TheFeederStore would know) Discoids are legal in FL and are simular to dubia.

Not much difference in discoids and dubia. Discoids get a bit bigger and males and females have wings, discoids do not fly or climb. IMO discoids have a bit more smell but I have people tell me they dont so I will say thats all opinion. The roaches that are legal to own in Florida are b discoidalis, b craniifer and male hissers with proper permits.
