I have noticed some brown things across my dragon underneath

I just got my beardie Sunday! We just noticed some little brown looking things on his underneath across by his tail. What can they be? I am spooked since we just lost our 10 month old Cleo on Sat from severe MBD.

Dots on the underneath part of the legs are called femoral pores. Perfectly normal, they can secrete a waxy substance to advertise their manliness.
