How often do you feed your adults?

In the morning I give them cut up collard greens or dandelion greens sometimes with the dandelion flower to and carrot.. sometimes I will throw some fruit like raspberry or blackberrys in there and I use calcium powder except on the weekends. I also add dubia roaches a few times a week. I just got multivitamins but I'm confused how often I'm suppose to give this to my beardies as everyone says something different.

Am I suppose to be feeding them every day? Until I watched a recent video on YouTube this what I've been doing. But now I'm concerned I've been feeding to often ?

Hi there, it can vary but your regimen sounds pretty good. Go less on the calcium though, 2 times a week is fine for an adult, mulivitamin the same but use vary sparingly. Do you have pics of your dragon ? Here's how to post them :
