thanks the one that runs up the tank is fake had it when i had anoles in 2001 and ya the other stuff i found around my yard and baked it and washed it in dawn then put it in there i cand wait for sone tunnel of wood log and maybe a hammock

The screen filters a lot of UVB out, a lot of us actually hang the UVB light inside of the tank within 10" of the dragon's basking spot for optimal UVB absorption. Also, are you using a ReptiGLO or ReptiSUN light? Looks like you're on the right track, my friend!

right now i have the crappy zilla bulb but i dust with d3 and calcium every couple days until i get the reptisun 10 which will be this weekend! i wanna hang in cage any sugestions?

Good to hear that you're getting the correct bulb!

A lot of people use command hooks by 3m (http://www.lowes.com/pd_319952-98-17069_0__?productId=3122533&cm_mmc=PLA_CleaningOrganization-_-HooksRacks-_-gps-_-Command%20Plastic%20Adhesive%20Hook%20&adtype=pla&cagpspn=pla) such as those to hang the entire fixture inside.

When I had a 40 gallon breeder I used hangers to create hooks, I'm sure you could do the same pretty easily:

I still use them in my new cage if you look closely:
