Hornworms in Canada

Is it final now that you cannot get hornworms in Canada?? I was told it had something to do with the border Which sucks cuz thats Bella and Dudlee's fav.

There is a local breeder in Quebec that sometimes has some, but to my knowledge she does not deliver. But that means that it's possible to get some in Canada.

I contacted Great Lakes Hornworms a few months ago, and they told me that they don't ship to Canada.

I just ordered some from The Feeder Factory along with other bugs, now that I've ordered Im hearing horrible horrible things about this company, Im hoping my order comes in on Friday like it's supposed too.

I don't even know where to start...

One girl in NS's order was a week late and most of it was dead
A girl in PEI's was all dead

A guy in Ont's was a mth late and the whole order was messed up.....just stories like that.
There is one girl that swears by them though, of course I am only finding out all this NOW as I just did $120.00 order through them, it is supposed to come in on Friday and I am freakin!

I've emailed him twice, no response although the one girl that loves them says he is super slow at responding to emails so today I decide to call him.......didn't answer so I called back 5 mins later to leave a message,surprise surprise his phone was shut off, I left a message anyways and still haven't heard back from him.

Cross your fingers my order arrives correct and alive on Friday!!

I haven't but how do you order from canadian feeders. I couldn't figure it out and I feel kinda dumb

I don't think they have an online shopping cart type thing.

Just email them your order, they will get back to you with a total then you can pay with Paypal or EMT.

I tried calling Daniel from the feeder Factory again and he still didn't answer. Then I log into a local reptile forum here and see another person is having issues with them.

My stomach is in such knots I could cry!
I am NEVER this stupid, I ALWAYS check out companies before ordering from them and I usually do a small order just to see how it goes.
Even if everything arrives in perfect condition on Friday I will never order from him again, his customer service SUCKS!

I'll keep my fingers crossed for you! Hopefully it will all work out OK. If you used your Paypal or your credit card you can always get your money back through them if there is a big problem.

As for Canadian Feeders, I can personally say that their customer service is fantastic! Rob always responds to emails promptly and I've never had a problem with an order from there. And yes, you do have to send them an email to place an order.
