M mostlyharmlessnj Hatchling Member Nov 15, 2010 #2 All I know is my beardie loves them. He gets them as a treat. Do not use wild caught ones since their natural diet is apparently toxic to beardies. They have no exoskeleton, and very high in moisture/meat and I think have pretty good calcium levels.
