Hilarious Things that Non-Herp People Say!

Tuesday I had a full day of interviews lined up for a position that I needed to fill. I noticed through out the day that people were very twitchy and not really looking up through out the interview. I thought wow, I know this is a big deal for some people, but they are weird today. At 4:30 that afternoon my last interview walks in and sits down across my desk. I get two words out of my mouth when she screams "what they hell are those!". Stunned I turned around to see that I had placed a clear container of 100 large superworms on my bookstand behind my desk that were sitting around head level. I had brought them in for a co-worker who also has beardies and was unable to make it to the reptile show that weekend. Anyhow, I started laughing and had to explain to her what they were for. Then she said "you dont have those things here do you as she was looking around her feet. No lady I dont keep them here,the hospital does not much appericate things like that.Needless to say after her reaction to me like a was a freak of nature, she was not offered the job. It did however explain why people would not look at me during the prior interviews. LOL :lol:
