I am so sorry to hear about Oscar. I know how much you loved him. My heart really goes out to you. As for the contagion questions, I'm not really sure to say because you don't know exactly what Oscar had. Just be as careful as you can with the others coming in contact with anything he touched. Hopefully everyone else will be fine. You said you can't order anything to that island? No mail service at all? That's so wierd. I order
supplies from beardeddragon.co they have a disinfectant cleaner there, I would use that if you can get it.
Hang in there, you have to with so many other happy little faces that greet you every morning.

Thanks, yeah it was so weird and so sad He got sick so quickly. First thing I did when I came home from school was check on him--and he was dead. His stomach was the size of a walnut. In his last days his abdomen swoll up....I phoned one "herp vet" and they did not even know what liquid calcium even was. I will try ordering that disinfectent. Things of reptile variety are hard to order here....I told the vet to order me some liquid calcium and they couldnt even do that.

I sprayed everything down with vinegar and hot water in Hadrian and Daenarys' tanks and threw out some things. EVERYTHING Oscar ever had in his tank was thrown out...i mean literally everything...hoping for the best. Hadrian and Daenarys honestly have nothing in their tanks anymore haha. Ill have to remedy that and buy them some new stuff.

Thanks everyone! Been a bit paranoid about them after Oscar's death


My cresties laid some eggs these past couple months! I hope they will hatch soon--they have about 3 more weeks or so to go. It's hard to tell if they are alive because ive tried to candle them but the light doesnt go through as my flashlight is an LED. But they are still white so all the research says that if they look good keep em :wink:

I have a few more pix that I will put up soon. Since my brother took Finnegan with him to Montreal and my pooches are at home with the rest of my family, I have just the two cresties and two dragons with me. Which means these dragons are getting ALOT of attention and cuddles!

Thanks! And yes, I will be selling the babies but probably keeping one. I have 2 more eggs to hatch, they should be hatching in about a month or so. The beardies have been brumating and sleeping all day haha. so i don't have a lot of pics of them.
