So I bought two male baby bearded dragons 2 days ago and they look to be about a week maybe two apart in age guessing by length. Well today I noticed that the smaller one looks like he has tail rot and after holding him for a bit I put him back in the cage with the other. That’s when it happened the bigger of the two got aggressive with the smaller and bit his already injured tail. I dont know what to do. Please help!’

You would need to separate them asap or more fighting will happen between them leading to injuries and death to one of them if left together male bearded dragons should never be housed together they need their own enclosure a 40 gallon for each should be ok but a bigger tank like a 75 gallon would be better for them as adults

Ok thank you. Yes I have them both in a 40 gallon enclosure and planned on separating them when they got bigger, thinking because they are babies that they would be ok but apparently I was wrong

Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
Getting ready for another day. Feeling sleepy. 😴
I just walked into my room and instead of looking at me, Swordtail's eyes darted directly to the ice cream drumstick I'm holding
Finally replaced Swordtail's substrate
